Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the full price of the product(s) including standard outbound shipping costs. Additional shipping costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer will not be refunded.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
