14-day returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Opened items that affect pet hygiene or safety (for example wipes or grooming blades) cannot be returned unless defective.
How to return
- Email ruffleblues@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Send the item back as instructed.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5β10 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund, and you do not pay return shipping.
Return shipping
For other returns, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
